Villa Victoria Academy’s regular deadline for Fall 2026 is May 1, 2026. Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be accepted starting September 1, 2025. Families seeking a transfer during the school year should contact Mrs. White in the Admissions Office at 609-882-1700 ext. 419.
Incoming Freshman – Priority Scholarship Application
Students applying to 9th grade need to take the High School Placement Test in November or the first week of December, submit all the application forms, and submit additional scholarship forms (if required) by December 7th for priority scholarship consideration. Scholarship recipients will be notified by January 29th. New applications are considered on a rolling basis after February 1. For the Class of 2030, the High School Placement Test will be offered in-person at Villa Victoria Academy November 1 (Saturday) and November 22 (Saturday) from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm. The cost is $40 and parents will receive a copy of the score report. Please contact cwhite@villavictoria.
Application Packet
Beginning September 1, 2025 Villa Victoria Academy will begin accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year for those students entering Grades 6 and above. Regular application deadline and financial aid application deadline for new students is May 1, 2026. A complete application includes the application form, applicant survey, transcript request form, and two teacher recommendation forms. All forms can be found in the sidebar.
Application Fee
The application fee for all students applying for admission is $50. Families can pay the fee online through PayPal, by mailing a check to Villa Victoria Academy Attention: Admissions Office, or bringing cash payment to main office.
International Students

Transfer Students
Transfer students during the school year are considered on a case-by-case basis. Transfer students should contact Mrs. Colleen White, Director of Admissions, at cwhite@villavictoria.org or 609-882-1700 ext. 419 prior to completing any required forms.
High School Placement Testing/Scholarship Testing
All students entering 9th grade are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). The test is offered at Villa each fall (two dates), winter (one date) and by appointment throughout the year.

The cost is $40 cash or check made out to Villa Victoria Academy. Students testing by December 7 will be considered for scholarships.
HSPT and Scholarship Test (for incoming Freshman-cost is $40)
Villa Victoria Academy offers the HSPT twice in the fall and once in the winter. Test dates are Saturdays. The tests will be held on from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm with a Parent Information Session from 9 am to 10 am. Payment is due the day of the testing.

Make-up HSPT/Scholarship Test (for incoming Freshman)
The make-up Scholarship Test date will be in January 2026 on one day from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm, $40: Contact the Admissions Office for the test date or to register.
7th Grade Practice HSPT
The 7th grade HSPT will be offered Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm, at VVA. 7th graders will be given the opportunity to take a practice HSPT in preparation for the HSPT Scholarship Test during their 8th grade year. The cost is $40 for testing and parents receive a copy. Contact Mrs. White at 609-882-1700 ext. 419 to register for this test.
Test Prep Class for students in grade 8 in the Fall of 2025
Villa also offers an HSPT Test Prep Class in October for boys and girls. The entire cost is $90 for all classes which is seven hours of instruction in a small group setting over five days/two weeks time. The class dates for the Class of 2030 are October 16, 21, 23, 28, and 30. Class meets at Villa from 5 pm to 6:30 pm. Parent Information Sessions
Parent Information Sessions will be held in-person on select mornings. Parents must be pre-registered. In this one hour presentation parents will hear from current Villa parents and students about a Villa Victoria education. In addition, the Director of Admissions, Mrs. Colleen White, will provide an overview of the application process, scholarship opportunities and our financial aid process.
