Villa Victoria Academy ‘s deadlines are as follows:
Priority deadline for scholarship students (9th grade applicants) for Fall 2027 consideration is December 4, 2026.
Regular deadline for consideration for Fall 2027 is May 1, 2027.
Late deadline for consideration for Fall 2027 is August 1, 2027. Financial aid may be limited.
Applications for the 2027-2028 school year will be accepted starting September 1, 2026.
Families seeking a transfer during any school year should contact Mrs. White in the Admissions Office at 609-882-1700 ext. 419.
Incoming Freshman – Priority Scholarship Application
Students applying to 9th grade need to take the High School Placement Test by November 30, submit all the application forms, and submit additional scholarship forms (if required) by December 4th for priority scholarship consideration. Scholarship recipients will be notified by January 29th. New applications are considered on a rolling basis after February 1. For the Class of 2031, the High School Placement Test will be offered in-person at Villa Victoria Academy on Saturday, October 24, 2026 and Saturday, November 14, 2026 from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm. The cost is $40 and parents will receive a copy of the score report. Please contact ljoyce@villavictoria.
Application Packet
Beginning September 1, 2026 Villa Victoria Academy will begin accepting applications for the 2027-2028 school year for those students entering Grades 6 and above. Regular application deadline and financial aid application deadline for new students is May 1, 2027. For questions about applying for the 2027-2028 school year please contact our Director of Admissions Mrs. White at cwhite@villavictoria.
A complete application includes the application form, applicant survey, transcript request form, and two teacher recommendation forms. All forms can be found in the sidebar.
Application Fee
The application fee for all students applying for admission is $50. Families can pay the fee online through PayPal, by mailing a check to Villa Victoria Academy Attention: Admissions Office, or bringing cash payment to main office.
International Students

Transfer Students
Transfer students during the school year are considered on a case-by-case basis. Transfer students should contact Mrs. Colleen White, Director of Admissions, at cwhite@villavictoria.org or 609-882-1700 ext. 419 prior to completing any required forms.
High School Placement Testing (HSPT)/Scholarship Testing
All students entering 9th grade are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). The test is offered at Villa each fall (two dates), winter (one date) and by appointment throughout the year.

The cost is $40 cash or check made out to Villa Victoria Academy. Students testing by December 4 will be considered for high school scholarships.
High School Placement Test (HSPT) and Scholarship Test (for incoming Freshman-cost is $40)
Villa Victoria Academy offers the HSPT twice in the fall and once in the winter. Test dates are Saturdays. The tests will be held on from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm with a Parent Information Session from 9 am to 10 am. Payment ($40 cash or check) is due the day of the testing.

Make-up HSPT (for incoming Freshman)
The make-up HSPT test date will be in January 2027 on one day from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm, $40 (cash or check to VVA). Contact Mrs. Joyce at 609-882-1700 ext. 449 or ljoyce@villavictoria.org to register for this test.
7th Grade Practice HSPT
The 7th grade HSPT will be offered Saturday, May 15, 2027, from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm, at VVA. 7th graders will be given the opportunity to take a practice HSPT in preparation for the HSPT Scholarship Test during their 8th grade year. The cost is $40 for testing and parents receive a copy. Contact Mrs. Joyce at 609-882-1700 ext. 449 or ljoyce@villavictoria.org to register for this test.
Test Prep Class for students in grade 8 in the Fall of 2026
Villa also offers HSPT Test Prep Class in October for boys and girls to help them prepare for the HSPT. Their are two options for this test prep class.
Option #1: $80
Four classes meeting at VVA on October 6, 8, 20, 22, 2026 from 5:00-6:30 pm.
Option #2: $40
One review class meeting at VVA November 10, 2026 from 5:00-7:00 pm.

Parent Information Sessions
Parent Information Sessions will be held in-person on select mornings. Parents must be pre-registered. In this one hour presentation parents will hear from current Villa parents and students about a Villa Victoria education. In addition, the Director of Admissions, Mrs. Colleen White, will provide an overview of the application process, scholarship opportunities and our financial aid process.
