Villa Victoria Academy is on a rolling admissions plan. Applications are being accepted for the 2021-2022 school year.

Incoming Freshman – Priority Scholarship Application 


Students applying to 9th grade need to take the High School Placement Test in November or the first week of December, submit all the application forms, and submit additional scholarship forms (if required) by December 7th for priority scholarship consideration. Scholarship recipients will be notified by January 29th.  New applications are considered on a rolling basis after February 1. The High School Placement Test will be offered on November 7, 14 and 21 and December 5 with both in-person and online options.  Please contact cwhite@villavictoria.org to register.  HSPT or SSAT scores will be accepted for an applicant if testing takes place at another approved location.

Application Packet


Villa Victoria Academy is currently accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year for those students entering Grades 6-9.

A complete application includes the application form, applicant survey, transcript request form, and two teacher recommendation forms. All forms can be found in the sidebar.

Application Fee


The application fee for all students applying for admission is $50. Families can pay the fee online through PayPal, by mailing a check to Villa Victoria Academy Attention: Admissions Office, or bringing cash payment to main office.

International Students


All international students applying to Villa Victoria Academy use the same forms as students from the United States.  In addition, international students must score a 75 or better on the  TOEFL test if applying from a non-English speaking country.  Villa Victoria Academy does not currently offer ESL classes.  Interviews are also required for international students.  All questions regarding international students can be directed to the Director of Admissions Mrs. Colleen White at cwhite@villavictoria.org. Villa only accepts a limited number of international students each year.

All transcripts will be evaluated by our transcript evaluation firm. There is an extra fee of $150 for this evaluation.

Transfer Students


Transfer students during the school year are considered on a case-by-case basis.  Transfer students should contact Mrs. Colleen White, Director of Admissions, at cwhite@villavictoria.org or 609-882-1700 ext. 419 prior to completing any required forms.

High School Placement Testing/Scholarship Testing


All students entering 9th grade are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). The test will be offered remotely.  In addition, a limited number of students may request to test in-person at Villa.

The cost is $40 cash or check made out to Villa Victoria Academy. Students testing by December 6 will be considered for scholarships.

Parent Information Sessions 

Parent Information Sessions will be held virtually on select afternoons and evenings.  Parents must be pre-registered.  In this 45 minute Google Meet presentation parents will hear from current Villa parents and students about a Villa Victoria education. In addition, the Director of Admissions, Mrs. Colleen White, will provide an overview of the application process.
